No cancellation fee is due for cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival or departure time

Cancellation or change from 24 hours to 3 hours before the scheduled arrival or departure time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the trip.

Cancellation or change in less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the trip.
